The Thing 2

The Thing 2 is a role-playing game developed with RPG Maker VX Ace, in which players can continue the story of the legendary 1982 film The Thing, directed by John Carpenter.

The point of departure of The Thing 2 is that Captain J.F. Blake wasn't able to escape Antarctica when he defeated 'the thing,' and he couldn't send any signal to those on the outside. For this reason, the company Gen Inc decides to send a new team to rescue Captain Blake and find out what happened.

The player, of course, takes control of this new research team. Your job consists of managing the team, using the best equipment available, investigating the surroundings and fighting (taking turns) against any creature that you find.

During the game, which takes around ten hours, you will find lots of different weapons and pieces of armor and equipment that you can assign to your characters. And, you will need to keep them ready for combat at all times.

The Thing 2 is a role-playing game with a classic visual style. It stands out due to its excellent setting, which sets it apart from the rest of the games in this genre.
